Rental or Loaner program

We have a limited number of rentals or loaners available.

Rental price: 25% of the new cost per week plus shipping.

Security deposit: 100% of new price plus the cost of shipping paid prior to shipping.

Shipping: We feel we are responsible for the shipment until the customer receives it so we require a receipt signature to insure it is received. If the customer waives the signature requirement in writing, they are taking responsibility for any lost shipments.

Return shipping: We suggest insuring the shipment for the "new" price and using a shipping service that has a good tracking number process, e.g. FedEx, UPS, or EMS and not use USPS. The customer is responsible for the product from the time they receive it until we receive back.

Cleaning and repairs: The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received, i.e. clean condition, normally all that is required is wiping down the product with a water dampened cloth or sponge... DO NOT machine wash... this may result in damaging the product. If returned to us in dirty condition we charge US$20.00/hr for cleaning. Repairs are billed depending on the damage done.

Loaner program: If a customer has a product on order and is provided a loaner these conditions apply to those loaners also. If an order is cancelled, the rental rates will apply.
 

Final charges: They will be calculated after the product has been returned, inspected, cleaned (if necessary), and repaired (if necessary), then the remainder of the security deposit/purchase price will be returned.
